To use the various Braineet Services, you must enter your first name / last name / email address and password in order to create an account or connect via other services that we allow. You can then decide to fill in other information, such as your gender, age, or professional situation as well as define a profile picture.
You can import your email address directory to connect to people on Braineet. We can use it later to suggest other people to follow.
We pledge not to use your address book for any purpose other than the use of the Services.If you connect to Braineet via another service, this other service can send us information about your profile and your registration to this service and other information you have authorized.

2. Public Information

Our Services are designed to make information visible to other users, companies and organizations. Most of the information you provide us with is therefore public.
This includes personal information such as your first name, last name, profile photo and location as well as information about sharing, consulting, liking, disliking, commenting on ideas, sharing them on other social networks, researching, following themes, users, brands, participate in Idea Challenges and invite friends.

3. Your activity on our Services

Braineet will be able to follow and analyze the way you use our Services and interact with the various linked websites and services. We do this to improve our Services, increase the relevance of our suggestions, provide you with more relevant ads, and be able to share aggregated click statistics.
In particular, we use as many Internet sites, cookies, text files transferred to your computer. You can change your browser settings at any time to be polled before accepting a cookie or disable them.

6. Connection via other social networks

You can connect to Braineet via other social networks. If applicable, these social networks transmit to us the identifier that you use on their network, but do not communicate to us your email address or your password without prior authorization from you.
If you already have a Braineet account, we can link it to your account from another proposed social network. Braineet sends your encrypted email address to the network to find its correspondence. No email address is really exchanged between Braineet and other social networks.

7. Modify your personal information

You can change your personal information at any time in your settings (braineet.com/profile/:id/edit).
You can also permanently deactivate your Braineet account by contacting us at support@braineet.com. You have 30 days to reactivate that account. After that, your account will be deleted and your information will be erased within a week.

8. Security

The security of your personal information is paramount to us. We use all the necessary resources to protect them from unauthorized access. We will proceed to any legal notification by email as to a possible security breach of this information.

9. Children
